The T.FIN team is dedicated to improving the built and sustainable environment by representing and educating architects, designers, and owners on high-performance interior and exterior glazing solutions.
Our team provides support for new and retrofit commercial projects. We are experts in glass and glazing products and design and offer consultation on product selection with validation and technical due diligence. Based in Minneapolis, MN, we have helped architects throughout the midwest with one-story commercial buildings, high-rise complex applications, and everything in between.
Today T. FIN offers an impressive line of products: Livers Bronze, Peerless Products, W&W Glass, SageGlass, Pulp Studio, Sunoptics, Linel, Luha Build, and Dawson Doors. Our design consultation and architectural specification support with unparalleled service have allowed the company to build long-lasting relationships in the design community. Our Team

Tim is the principal and founder of T.Fin Building Solutions, a manufacturers rep firm specializing in high-performance glass and glazing products. His career has been focused in the commercial glass industry, helping architects and building owners bring their designs to life and provide solutions to solar control problems.
With commercial leadership positions at SageGlass, a Saint Gobain Company, and project estimating for Viracon, Tim has had the opportunity to work on some of the premier glass and glazing projects in the world. Tim has a B.A. in Marketing and Innovation Management from Concordia University, St. Paul.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and their three sons. Living in southern MN, he spends as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors and actively chasing his kids around.
Experienced Sales leader with proven results in strategy, channel focus, business development, and team build-out. Glass and glazing technical sales experience. Practiced presentation skills and a general desire to help people.
Specialties include Facade Fenestration, Daylight Design, Public Speaking, Sales Territory Development, Leadership, Marketing Initiatives, and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Ilja has been involved in the façade industry for over 12 years, working for installation contractors, terracotta manufacturers, and façade distribution companies. He is passionate about façade design and improving business processes. He has extensive knowledge of terracotta, natural stone, metal panels, and various façade attachment systems.

Shawn has spent over 35 years in the architectural building products market in business development, marketing, communications, continuing education, and channel consulting.
Shawn spent his first 20 years in corporate America with Dow Corning (now Dow), Monsanto (now Eastman), and Oldcastle Glass (now Oldcastle Building Envelope). With a degree in architecture and a master’s in Business, Shawn has had a variety of management and executive roles leading various initiatives, from launching new products to building brands to creating sustained new business initiatives. Since 2006, Shawn has strategically worked with architects, engineers, windows manufacturers, commercial glazing contractors, glazing consultants, railing manufacturers, glass fabricators, window dealers, and manufacturer representatives.

Grace has been involved with the architectural building products industry since 2018 and has worked with architects, commercial glazing contractors, window manufacturers, and glazing engineers. Grace provides leadership and support with marketing and communication strategies that include inbound and outbound marketing, creating awareness and engagement with key influencers and buyers. Grace received an undergraduate degree in entrepreneurship and a Masters degree in marketing technology at the University of Tampa.
